Help Us Engineer Success!

There can be no denying that building a robot, transporting the Team and providing our community outreach requires a lot of capital.  Your generous donation to FIRST Robotics Team 1923 will help ensure our local students have access to the unique learning experiences that FIRST has to offer.  The MidKnight Inventors have established multiple sponsorship levels that help to support our West Windsor and Plainsboro team in FIRST Local, Regional and World Competitions and named them after scientists we most admire:
Einstein ($10,000 and above)      Newton ($500 to $999)

Curie ($5,000 to $9,999)             Edison ($100 to $499)

Archimedes ($2,500 to $4,999)   Hawking (In-kind)

Galileo ($1,000 to $2,499)          Flowers (Mentoring)

The funds are used for program expenses, registration fees for FIRST competitions, registration for off-season events, robot building supplies, software, tools, equipment, team supplies including team t-shirts/sweatshirts, travel to competitions, and to support our community outreach events.

As a FIRST Team 1923 sponsor/donor of $500 or more, your name or company name will be listed on the Team 1923 t-shirts. With a donation of $1,000 or more, your corporate name and logo,linked to your website, will also appear under SPONSORS here on the team’s website as well as on our t-shirts.

In addition, your company name and logo will appear on our robot! Major sponsors will also be acknowledged in our build site, at our work pit during our competitions, and in FIRST competition publications distributed at events in which the team is competing.

 

How to Make A Tax-exempt Donation

There are several easy ways that you can make a donation to the team:

1. Donate Directly to Team 1923 by Check: Write a check payable to “WWPHSN Robotics”
   Mail to: FIRST Robotics Team 1923, C/O WWP High School North, 90 Grovers Mill Road, Plainsboro, NJ  08536.
   Donations to public schools are tax-exempt. EIN: 22-1893736
2. If you prefer, you can donate  , you can do so by check or on-line with a major credit card thanks to the generosity of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Education Foundation, Inc. - an IRS 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All donations are tax-exempt to the fullest extent of the law and may qualify for Corporate Matching Programs.*  You will receive confirmation of your gift. EIN: 22-3441000
   • Donating by Check: Please make your check payable to the West Windsor-Plainsboro Education Foundation, Inc. and designate it for WWP FRC Team 1923.  Mail to: WWP Education Foundation, PO Box 280, Princeton Junction, NJ 08850-0280.
   • Donating On-line: You can donate through the WW-P Education Foundation’s web site at: www.wwpeducationfoundation.org or by clicking on the Donate Now button:

ALTERNATIVE DONATIONS

You can also provide Team 1923 with valuable non-monetary donations. For example, if you have shop furniture or tools you are no longer using, we will gladly accept them!  Providing supervised time in your company’s machine shop during the robot build is also a great donation.  During the January/February build, the MidKnight Inventors work hard in the evenings of school days and all weekend long so donations of food and drink are also greatly appreciated!
