FIRST team 1923 will be helping the environment while raising funds by participating in the FIRST Green e-watt saver program. Every team member has a goal of selling at least five of the LED e-watt saver bulbs at the market going rate of $19.99 each. The benefits to purchasing these bulbs include:

Through the persistence of our mentors (Especially Dr. Michael Stevens) and with the generosity of Cyzner Properties, the team will be building this year’s robot in a highly visible storefront at 64 Princeton/Hightstown Road in West Windsor, NJ. The team attended the 2011 kickoff at Montgomery High School. It was an early morning but the students were full of excitement and anxious to see the unveiling of the 2011 challenge. Girl Power

Every female teammate from FRC 1923 The MidKnight Inventors participated in GIRL POWER at Mt. Saint Joseph’s Academy in Flourtown, PA. GIRL POWER was the first ever all girl FIRST Robotics Competition off-season event ever.
